This organ is especially suited for concerts and therefore often hosts regional organ festivals. Its colors are very versatile, and the pipes’ response is quick and clear. The tuning is very well-balanced and suits both Baroque music and modern pieces. The many string stops are smooth and well-balanced. The mixtures are often described as polished and can even function as solo stops. The swell division has a very French character and is also well-balanced, featuring clear trumpets and sweet string stops. One special feature of the organ is the swellable Vox Humana stop. The church, in general, has very dry and clear acoustics, making it a perfect location for organ concerts.
