The organ in the Vicelinkirche was built in 1968 by the Alfred Führer organ building company from Wilhelmshaven and replaced a large romantic instrument from the Marcussen organ building company. The Führer organ was technically and sonically revised in 1997 in the spirit of a North German baroque organ and has since been fully mechanical without any playing aids. It also received an unequally floating mood based on historical models, which means that the repertoire that can be performed is limited, but at the same time German baroque organ music in particular can be represented particularly well.
