Karlsdals Chapel features an organ built by Nicholson & Co. from Worcester, England, in 1906. This historical instrument was restored and installed by Samuele Maffucci Orgelbyggeri from Montemagno, Pistoia, between 2022 and 2023. The organ has two manuals with 58 keys (C-a3) and a pedalboard with 30 notes (C-f1).

The organ utilizes a mechanical action for the manuals and a pneumatic system for the pedals, with a registration system. It includes couplers such as Great to Swell, Great to Pedal, Swell to Pedal, and Swell Super Octave, along with four combination pedals for additional versatility.
