St. Stephanus Church in Fedderwarden, located in Wilhelmshaven, is a single-nave, early Gothic brick structure with a semicircular apse dating back to the last quarter of the 13th century. The church's west tower was added in 1875. Inside, the church features three vaulted bays, and one of its notable pieces of art is a wooden baptismal font from 1648, featuring a polygonal basin supported by a seated figure of Moses. This font is believed to have been a gift from Count Anton Günther.

The current organ in St. Stephanus Church is the third instrument to be installed there. It was built by the Alfred Führer organ company in 1978. This organ is a "new old" instrument, utilizing the historic organ case and pipework from a 1711 organ originally built by Christian Vater in Wildeshausen. The organ was further enriched by incorporating four new registers and two old registers from an 1867 organ by Johann Claussen Schmid. This thoughtful combination of old and new elements makes the St. Stephanus organ a unique and historically significant instrument within the church.
