The construction of the organs for the Ciskādu Catholic Church is one of those rare instances where the original cost estimate from the E.F. Walcker company has been preserved. The title page of the estimate shows it as a standard form, with the specific instrument details handwritten. According to the proposal, all the organ pipes were to be made with 75% tin content (Probzinn).

The instrument contains a total of 729 pipes, with only 27 in the pedal section. The remaining pedal pipes are transmissions from the manual registers Bourdon 16' and Principal 8'. Walcker also mentions that the wind chests were made using their newly developed pneumatic construction known as Taschenlade.

Interestingly, the proposal offers to create the organ's prospectus based on drawing number 769, indicating that Walcker had a varied and extensive catalog of pre-designed prospectus models. The cost estimate is dated November 14, 1907, with a total sum of 3000 rubles. This instrument, suitable for the space and typical of early 20th-century Walcker designs, showcases the stylistic characteristics of its time.
