The organ was built between 1755 and 1758 by the Breslau organ builder Franz Joseph Eberhard. Distributed across three manuals and a pedal, the instrument features 50 registers. In 1875, the organ was remodeled by Heinrich Schlag, formerly of Gebrüder Schlag. The original casing, six wedge bellows, and a large portion of the pipework were preserved during this renovation. The instrument, as it stands today, is a monument of immense cultural and regional historical significance. The opulently designed casing is among the most outstanding achievements of Baroque organ building in Silesia. It houses a treasure trove of elements that equally combine aspects of the late Baroque and High Romantic periods. The internal structure is a self-contained, masterfully executed work from the second half of the 19th century.
