The pipe organ was constructed by Tobias Brunner in Lunden in 1642. In 1728, it underwent repairs by Reinerus Caspari. In 1892, a new organ was built by Marcussen on the west gallery, leaving the Brunner instrument - which is positioned above the northern side door - unchanged. The Marcussen organ was later sold to the Church of Munkbrarup following the enlargement of the Brunner organ in 1937/38. The Brunner organ's restoration in 1937/38 was carried out by Rudolf von Beckerath of Hamburg, who added a side-mounted pedal tower with four registers. Additional restoration was completed once again by Rudolf von Beckerath in 1970. The third restoration was completed by Otto Hinrich Paschen of Kiel in 1999, which included the replacement of a Beckerath register, although it is not mentioned which register was replaced.
