The organ was originally built by Heinrich Voltmann (Klausen) in 1895, and it is housed in the historical case from the predecessor organ by Stumm from 1753. In 1982, minor redeployment was made, moving the Principal 8' in the lower section of the work to the 4', and installing a Cymbel, as well as relocating the organ backwards, done by Hugo Mayer Organ Building. The changes to the disposition were reverted in 2018 by the company Raab & Plenz and the organ was moved forward by 1.10 meters.
