Heinrich Voltmann (April 1, 1830, in Kattenstroth – July 15, 1909, in Klausen) was a notable German organ builder. The son of Heinrich Christoph Voltmann and Anna Margarete Meyer to Berenz, the specifics of his organ-building training remain unclear. However, it is believed that around 1850, he traveled as a journeyman to Klausen to complete the organ in the Klausen Pilgrimage Church. There, he worked with Meinolph Knaup and likely met the prominent organ builder Heinrich Wilhelm Breidenfeld. Voltmann completed the organ for the Klausen Pilgrimage Church in 1852.

Following Knaup's early death in 1858, Voltmann took over the workshop and established himself independently. By 1880, he purchased the house that housed his workshop in Klausen. His workshop carried out numerous new organ constructions and modifications, with about 20 documented projects between 1865 and 1900. Around 1890, Anton Turk from Kostreinitz joined Voltmann's workshop and continued the business with him until Voltmann's death in 1909. Turk later managed the workshop alone. Voltmann's organs were characterized by one or two-manual slider chests with mechanical action and register tracking, typically avoiding mixtures containing thirds.
