Hinrich Otto Paschen (* 1937) apprenticed in organ building with Schuke (Berlin) and furthered his studies with Beckerath (Hamburg), Hammer (Hannover), and Kemper (Lübeck). After passing his master examination in 1964, he started his own business in Leck together with Günter Braukmann (1930–2014). Until 1995, they built or restored more than 120 organs. Under the joint leadership of Hinrich Otto Paschen and Roland Monczynski, the company was converted into a GmbH (limited liability company), which has been solely managed by Monczynski since 1998. In 2015, the company employed eight staff members, including two organ builders and five journeymen.
