Herbert Kolbe was an organ builder from Riga, known for his work in the early 20th century. He was born in 1870 in Swabia, Germany, and died in 1939 in Riga. Kolbe was trained by the Sauer company in Frankfurt (Oder), moved to Riga in 1905, and established his own organ building company there in 1910.
