The oldest playable instrument in South Tyrol is a richly decorated chamber positive organ, which rests on a table along with its two seven-fold bellows. The artistic design extends to the upper plates and weights of the bellows, with ivory used for the decorative knobs, key coverings, and register pulls. The positive measures 95 cm in width, 91 cm in total height, and 147 cm in depth, including the bellows. The technical components are housed in the lower section, which protrudes on the keyboard side, while the upper section contains the sound-producing pipes.

The upper section's base features six fluted pilasters on each long side and three on each short side, supporting an attic with a cornice. The removable housing cover resembles a low mansard roof. The strict Renaissance architecture of the casing parts contrasts with the lively inlays and lattice work in the sound openings. The lattice ornaments are cut from copper sheet, gilded, and backed with red velvet, adding to the instrument's ornate appearance.
