This instrument has the distinction of being the first pipe organ built in Western Australia.
Case by J E Dodd, 1912. Original organ had no casework.
Installed 1879 in St John's Church, Fremantle.
Installed 1884 St Matthews Anglican Church, Guildford.
Installed 1912 St Aidan's Church, Claremont, by J E Dodd.
Rebuilt 1975 by F. J. Larner & Co.
Relocated in the church 1981 by Bellsham Pipe Organs.
Restored 1986-87 by F. J. Larner & Co.
The organ was cleaned and the bellows re-leathered 1999 by F.J. Larner & Co.
Display pipes restencilled by Pipe Organs W.A. 1999.
