When the church commissioned a new building in Mangles Street the remnants of the R C Clifton Opus 2 organ, which had been in Augustine Congregational Church, Bunbury, were incorporated into a new instrument by F.J. Larner & Co.
When a new building was constructed in 2001 to accommodate a larger congregation the organ was shifted to a new chamber on the western side by F J Larner & Co.
