The organ was constructed by Emil Hansen in 1900. In 1961, it was relocated to the west gallery by Eberhard Tolle from Preetz. The restoration in 1979/80 by Klaus Becker was inspired by the Angel organ. The pedal chest was rebuilt during this restoration. Hansen utilized a case from Jürgen Hinrichsen Angel, dating back to 1797, but he removed the chest of drawers originally in it.
