The pipe organ was constructed by Wilhelm Sauer from Frankfurt/Oder in 1898. It was built as Opus 755 for the Michaeliskirche in Moscow. Following secularization, it was moved to the Moscow crematorium. After 1990, it was transferred to the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul. From 2005 to 2006, the organ underwent restoration by Reinhard Hüfken, an organ builder from Halberstadt.
