Voxus Virtual Organs

Voxus Virtual Organs is a project founded by three organ enthusiasts from the Netherlands who met through their shared passion for Hauptwerk, a virtual pipe organ platform. Since 2009, their mission has been to produce high-quality samplesets of renowned church organs, making these instruments accessible to organists around the world for home use. While their roots are in the Netherlands—an organist’s paradise—their interest extends to notable instruments abroad as well.

The Voxus samplesets are known for their technical excellence, including 48 kHz/24-bit recording, surround techniques, multi-release sampling, separate tremolo recordings for each stop, and photo-realistic screen layouts. The team consists of:
- Marien Stouten, an accomplished organist and audio technician, who also manages his own recording label.
- Bert-Jan de Waard, a programmer with a background in electronics, computer science, and soundcard development, who provides technical support.
- Roland van den Berg, an organ and piano tuner, audio editor, and layout designer, who also manages their YouTube channel and creates demos.
Together, they combine deep musical knowledge and technical expertise to deliver realistic and immersive virtual organ experiences for Hauptwerk users worldwide.
