Bruhn & Søn Orgelbyggeri, founded in 1954 by Peter Bruhn after his 25-year tenure at Marcussen & Søn, is a distinguished organ building company in Southern Jutland. Starting with modest resources, the company has grown into a well-recognized organ builder, currently employing 12 staff members. Following Peter Bruhn's death in 1975, his son Carl-August Bruhn took over the business, ensuring its continuity and growth. The third generation, represented by Bjarke Bruhn, is now trained in the various aspects of the profession, ensuring the company's future. Carl-August Bruhn has since retired, with Paul Hansen and Bjarke Bruhn now managing the company.

In 1995, Bruhn & Søn merged with the organ building company PG Andersen from Copenhagen, founded by an organ builder who worked for Marcussen & Søn between 1926 and 1963. PG Andersen became renowned for creating numerous notable instruments and designing organ facades until his death in 1980. Paul Hansen continued Andersen's legacy, strengthening the company's reputation. The merger has allowed the combined company to maintain departments in both Zealand and Southern Jutland, efficiently handling new constructions, maintenance, and restoration projects.

The foundation of Bruhn & Søn Orgelbyggeri, in alignment with artistic considerations, emphasizes three key factors: architecture, sound, and craftsmanship, tailored to each church's unique needs. The company's craftsmanship and artistic traditions are highly regarded in organist and music circles globally, as evidenced by the enduring recognition and respect PG Andersen & Bruhn Orgelbyggeri enjoys.
