Cyriakus (Cyriach) Werner (* ? in Hippstadt, Electorate of Mainz; † June 28, 1747, in Graz) was an Austrian organ builder.

Cyriakus Werner is noted as an organ builder in Graz, appearing as an "organ maker" in records related to his marriage. After the death of his first wife, he married Maria Juliana, née Knäbl. As an organ builder, he competed with the workshops of Ferdinand Schwarz and Andreas Mitterreither, but despite the high quality of his instruments, he remained overshadowed by them. To date, only a few of his new constructions are known. After his death, Anton Josef Römer continued his workshop in Graz starting in 1750.
