Born on March 1, 1661, in Brixen, and died on April 21, 1719, in the same place. He was the son of Jacob Köck. He learned his trade from his stepfather, Ursus Neinlist, and succeeded him in the business. As the most significant member of his family, he also worked multiple times in North Tyrol and Carinthia. Like Daniel Herz and Johann Caspar Humpel, he occasionally used the extension system to derive multiple stops from a single rank of pipes. The organ in Obervellach features a "sun" above the central field of the prospect (pipes arranged in a circular pattern, formerly sounding) in the style of Eugenio Casparini.
